Privacy Policy
Notice at collection
California law requires us to tell you, at or before the moment we collect it, what we collect and why. In short:
- What we collect: your name and email address, and, where a form asks for it, your phone number and what you tell us about what you are looking for — plus standard technical information your browser sends.
- Why: to answer you, to connect you with one of our agents, to send you anything you asked for, and to measure which pages and advertisements bring us inquiries.
- Do we sell or share it? No. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still switch our measurement off — see below.
- How long we keep it: until you ask us to delete it, plus any period we are required to keep records as a licensed brokerage.
- Sensitive personal information: we do not collect it and we do not ask for it.
Who we are
National Realty Group is a California real estate brokerage, DRE #01129578, at 6700 Indiana Ave., #130, Riverside, CA 92506. Our broker of record is Jeff Maas. You can reach us at (951) 684-2600 or info@nationalrealtygroup.com.
We operate alongside three affiliated companies under common ownership: National One Mortgage Corp. (NMLS #246740), Escrow One, and America’s Best Property Management. Each is independently operated.
This policy covers this website and the other lead-generation websites National Realty Group operates — the pages that offer a buyer’s guide or a market report in exchange for your contact details. They collect the same information, use it the same way, and give you the same choices.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name and email address, and — where the form asks for them — your phone number, what you are interested in, the area and timeframe you are considering, and whatever you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use these to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
Third-party features. Our contact page embeds a Google map, and our home valuation page embeds a tool provided by Homebot. When those load, the provider may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not control what those providers collect.
Analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which pages and which advertisements bring us inquiries. These set cookies and may receive your IP address and the pages you viewed. We run them in measurement mode: advertising storage, advertising identifiers and ad personalization are switched off before the tools load, and this site is kept out of Google’s cross-device and remarketing audience pool. That configuration is set in our own code, not in a setting that can drift.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your inquiry and provide the service you asked about;
- send you a guide or resource you requested;
- connect you with the agent whose page you contacted, or with our office;
- send you occasional real estate updates, if you asked for them;
- keep records we are required to keep as a licensed brokerage; and
- comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do share it with:
- the National Realty Group agent handling your inquiry, and our office;
- our affiliated companies, where your request involves financing, escrow or property management;
- service providers who work on our behalf — email delivery, website hosting, analytics and advertising measurement — under terms that limit them to that work; and
- anyone we are legally required to disclose it to, or where necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Calls, texts and email
If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that we and our affiliated companies may contact you at that number — including by autodialed or pre-recorded calls and text messages — about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining any service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still contact you about a transaction you are part of.
Cookies, tracking and your opt-out
We want to be straightforward about this, because California law treats it seriously and because the honest version is short.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are not paid for your data, we do not pass it to data brokers, and we do not build advertising audiences out of it.
What we do run is measurement. Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking tell us which pages and which advertisements bring us inquiries. They are configured so the data cannot be used to target you elsewhere: advertising storage, advertising identifiers and ad personalization are denied before the tools load, and Google signals — the setting that would put this site into a cross-device remarketing pool — is off. Under California law that keeps this out of the definition of “sharing.” If we ever turn remarketing on, this page changes first.
How to switch it off. Two ways, either of which works on its own:
- Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer. Your choice is kept in your browser, not recorded against you.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or as an extension. We read the signal and load nothing. You do not need to tell us, and we will not ask you to confirm it.
Opting out changes nothing about the service you get from us, and we will not treat you differently for it.
Do Not Track is a separate, older browser signal with no agreed legal meaning. Use Global Privacy Control instead — that is the one California law recognizes and the one we act on.
Third parties embedded on a few pages are a separate matter and we do not control them. The contact page embeds a Google map, the home valuation page embeds a Homebot tool, and the home search pages embed listing search provided by our IDX vendor. When those load they may receive your IP address, set their own cookies, and may collect information about your browsing over time and across other sites, under their own privacy policies rather than ours. If you create an account to save listings or searches, that account is held by our IDX vendor under its own policy.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it; to request that we delete it; to request that we correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some analytics and advertising activity counts as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law even when no money changes hands, which is why our measurement tools are configured the way described above rather than left on their defaults.
Opt-out preference signals. California law requires a business that sells or shares personal information to honor an opt-out preference signal sent by your browser, including Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC. We are not obliged to, on the configuration described above — we do it anyway, because a signal respected only when compelled is not a privacy practice. You can also use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer.
To make a request, email info@nationalrealtygroup.com or call (951) 684-2600. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authority, and we may confirm the request with you directly. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you may ask us to reconsider by replying to that response.
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code section 1798.83) separately lets California residents ask what personal information a business has disclosed to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing. We do not disclose your information for that purpose. If you want that confirmed in writing, ask us at info@nationalrealtygroup.com and we will send it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the transaction and licensing records California requires of a brokerage, and then we dispose of them. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through a website form or ordinary email.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@nationalrealtygroup.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be identified as such.
